EVAN RACHEL WOOD & MIRANDA JULY Interview – “Kajillionaire”

Writer/director Miranda July’s new film Kajillionaire is a dark comedy about a family of grifters barely able to stay afloat despite their schemes and frauds. It stars Evan Rachel Wood as Old Dolio whose life has consisted of petty thefts under the direction of her parents played by Richard Jenkins and Debra Winger. I sat down with Wood and July to talk about the film, working with legends like Jenkins and Winger, and why Wood was inspired by Edward Scissorhands for her role.

It opens in theaters September 25.
