Gillian Anderson and Hannah Einbinder Interview – TEENAGE SEX AND DEATH AT CAMP MIASMA

Gillian Anderson and Hannah Einbinder star in the incredible new horror film Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma from acclaimed filmmaker Jane Schoenbrun (I Saw the TV Glow).

I sat down with them to talk about why the queer community is drawn to the horror genre, the concept of the “Final Girl” and the movies and art forms that inspired them along the way.

Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma is an incredible look at the horror genre, franchises that get rebooted, and trying to reclaim problematic movies to speak to a new generation. It’s a meta film that is clearly speaking to movies like Sleepaway Camp, Friday the 13th and more while also providing that insanely personal angle that Jane Schoenbrun has become known for in her films.
