GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS

San Francisco has been left picking up the pieces after Godzilla nearly destroyed the city in 2014. He hasn’t been seen since then, but there’s evidence that he’s still lurking under the ocean. Monarch, the organization researching these monsters, has come under attack and now the focus of Senate hearings. The government wants these monsters destroyed but Monarch sees opportunities to co-habitat with them. Monarch has outposts all across the globe secretly doing their research on known monsters being bred or kept in captivity. A known terrorism group breaks into one of Monarch’s outposts capturing their lead scientist (Farmiga) and her daughter (Brown). The results lead to the release of multiple monsters including Godzilla, Monthra, and the three-headed Ghidorah to be unleashes wreaking havoc on the globe.
