If you know anything about me, you know how Pulitzer Prize-winning film critic and author Roger Ebert has been an idol of mine since I was a little budding cinephile. It was an absolute honor to sit down with his widow, author Chaz Ebert, to talk about her new book, “It’s Time to Give a FECK: Elevating Humanity through Forgiveness, Empathy, Compassion, and Kindness” We talk about her life with Roger, the principals of her new book, and how we can turn to the movies to learn about empathy.
