MINARI
Writer/Director: Lee Isaac Chung

Sometimes the quiet films that leave the biggest impact. I’d place the new film Minari in that category. Steven Yeun leads the film as Jacob, the patriarch of the Yi family. He moves his Korean American family from California to Arkansas hoping for a better life. He and wife Monica (Han) get jobs sorting chickens by sex, but his grand plan is to build a farm catering to other Korean families. In Theaters now, Digital Rental February 26
