THE ORDER
Director: Justin Kurzel
Starring: Jude Law, Nicholas Hoult, Tye Sheridan, Jurnee Smollett, Marc Maron, Odessa Young
Jude Law and Nicholas Hoult go head-to-head in the gripping new film The Order. It’s based on a true story from the early 1980s that will feel very relevant for what’s happening in the country today. Jude Law plays Terry Husk, a seasoned FBI agent who heads to Idaho and other parts of the Pacific Northwest to track down the location of a White Supremacist group of Neo-Nazis called the Aryan Nations. They’re led by Bob Matthews (Nicholas Hoult). Bob Matthews knows there’s an uprising of groups like this but believes they’re moving too slowly at taking over the country. He decides to form a new group called The Order to take bigger, bolder steps. The Order becomes involved in a series of bank robberies, counterfeit money, and even the murder of a popular DJ in order to overthrow the government as they see certain people as the enemy within. Terry Husk is joined by other agents (Tye Sheridan and Jurnee Smollett) to stop Bob Matthews before it’s too late. In theaters
