Were movies like The Exorcist or The Omen cursed? That’s the idea behind the new series Cursed Films. The horror genre has always been filled with urban legends and conspiracy theories as to whether certain movie sets were haunted. It’s easy to fall into this trap with films dealing with the devil and evil spirits. The series is written, directed, and edited by Jay Cheel and focuses on a different movie for each episode. It’s now streaming on Shudder.
