WICKED Interview with Michelle Yeoh

The Broadway musical Wicked has been enchanting audiences for twenty-one years now. Actresses like Carole Shelley, Carol Kane, Rue McClanahan, and Sheryl Lee Ralph have all starred as Shiz Universiy head mistress, Madame Morrible. Oscar-winning actress Michelle Yeoh (Everything Everywhere All At Once) is inspiring a whole new generation playing Madame Morrible in the movie musical adaptation of the smash Broadway musical. I sat down with Yeoh about being “changed for good”, reuniting with Jon M. Chu after working together on Crazy Rich Asians, and what it means to be a part of the Wicked legacy.
