Hold on to your butts! John Hammond’s (the late Richard Attenborough) original idea for a dinosaur theme park is now open and fully functional. The beginning of the trailer sets up the grand fun that can be had as a visitor. Behind closed doors, it appears the park’s scientists are working on a genetically mutated hybrid dinosaur. It all goes to hell from there.
I’m holding out hope that this will be better than The Lost World or Jurassic Park 3. We have a strong cast with Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy), Bryce Dallas Howard (The Help), and the return of BD Wong! With Frank Marshall and Steven Spielberg attached as producers, I’m hoping we go back to the same magic and terror that made the first film so iconic.
