Michelle Pfeiffer and Elle Fanning reunite and play mother and daughter in the new series Margo’s Got Money Troubles. It’s based on the popular book of the same name by Rufi Thorpe. Elle Fanning gives the best performance of her career as Margo, an aspiring writer who finds out she’s pregnant after having an affair with her college professor. She decides to keep the baby, but her mother, Shyanne (Pfeiffer), fears what’s next for Margo. She was also single mother when she raising Margo. Margo’s dad, Jinx (Nick Offerman), was not around given his role as a professional wrestler, but he’s now back in the picture.
