Rose Byrne is a jack of all trades. She can handle any genre or medium with ease from broad comedies like Bridesmaids to horror like Insidious to gripping TV dramas like Mrs. America. She leads the new dark comedy series Physical for AppleTV+ Her character Sheila Rubin is mentally spiraling downhill. We hear all the negative self-talk in her head, the judgmental comments about herself and others that you would never say out loud. Her life takes a sudden turn when she sees a jazzercise aerobics style class in the mall. Her new addiction to a healthier lifestyle offers up an adventurous new career she keeps hidden from her husband, Danny (Rory Scovel). Danny also finds himself at a crossroads after losing his teaching job and gets the crazy idea to run for state assembly hoping to inspire the environmentalists out there.
