WEDNESDAY Season 2

Creators/Showrunners: Alfred Gough, Miles Millar
Starring: Jenna Ortega, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luiz Guzman, Emma Myers, Isaac Ordonez, Joy Sunday, Steve Buscemi, Thandiwe Newton, Heather Matarazzo, Christopher Lloyd

Director Tim Burton and star Jenna Ortega remind us they’re a winning pair to bring Wednesday Addams back to life. Their series Wednesday is back for a second season on Netflix. Wednesday Season 2 will be split into two parts with the first four episodes premiering today, August 6, and the final four episodes of the season premiering on September 3. Jenna Ortega continues to cast a spell over audiences as Wednesday Addams. Wednesday left a tornado storm of a mess at Nevermore Academy, and she’s spent all her vacation mastering her psychic abilities. She uses those skills to solve the murders of the Kansas City Scalper and is now working on a book. School is back in session, and all eyes are on Wednesday upon her return. She’s not the only Addams on campus, as Pugsley (Ordonez) is now attending, and Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) takes a position working there while keeping a close eye on Wednesday. Wednesday’s problems continue to mount as a series of murders pop up, and she believes she has a stalker who is leaving her threatening notes. Luis Guzman is back at Gomez Addams and so are series regulars Emma Myers as her roommate, Enid Sinclair, and Joy Sunday as her friend, Bianca Barclay. Steve Buscemi is one of the many new additions to the series playing Principal Dort, the new principal at Nevermore. Now streaming on Netflix
